★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I truly received the worst customer service from Seema Gujral. They made the wrong lehenga for my reception so I couldn’t wear it. Then I returned the lehenga to them to get a refund which they promised me. It has been 4 months since I returned the lehenga, and I have repeatedly followed up with their customer service on WhatsApp with either NO response or just “Ma’am we will look into it”. I get a response after messaging multiple times but it’s the same answer. I will never buy from this designer again just because of their horrible customer service. They not only screwed up my order by giving me the wrong lehenga but also did not issue my refund even after promising to do so. I have screenshots and emails from my entire experience and wanted to share this with people who may unknowingly fall into this trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst designer and office staff. Unfortunately, I wasted $1600 on a dress from the US. They have not responded to request for additional material for adding sleeves. The blouse has to be redone again as they messed up the fit and design. The sequins are coming off and the glue looks ugly. I wish I did not ever buy this lehenga and wasted 1600 dollars down the drain. I would absolutely not recommend anyone to choose this designer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just received my reception lengha today and I’m in love!!! I put all my trust in the entire Seema Gujral team and they definitely delivered beyond my expectations. Rashi was my rep throughout the entire process and she was great with communication. Also, my outfit was made in the exact time frame that was promised so I really appreciate that! It fits like a glove and I feel like an absolute princess in it - I can’t wait to wear it to my wedding reception! Thank you Rashi and the entire team at Seema Gujral
for making my dream outfit - I’m absolutely obsessed! :)

Love how the outfit turned out, the quality, fit and design is top notch! Their service throughout the process was amazing, from the start to the end. I mostly liaised with Rashi, she was very kind to accommodate to all the customisations I had asked for, from the colour and neckline to the embroidery and the finest details including tassels beads and hangings. She had updated me with pictures and choices at every point of the process and always replied without any delay. They even made two swatches as I requested for a different embroidery after the first swatch. The lehenga arrived on time and the whole process was really smooth. Very happy about how it turned out and super excited to wear it for my sangeet! Definetely recommend them for all occasions ♥️♥️♥️

My daughter’s wedding was in Oct2021 and during pandemic Seema Gujral’s team just came as a God’s Blessing. Anita and Palak both were so amazing in providing support, giving their valuable ideas, numerous calls for designs and measurements and timely delivery. We were going to order one lehenga for my daughter’s reception but because of their responsiveness and flexibility we ended up ordering 3 lehengas and 2 sarees. They became our one stop for all our requirements. Absolutely love the team for their designs, flexibility, details and commitment.
Thanks Anita and Palak for your amazing dedication to service. You both are really rock stars and a valuable asset to your organization.

The team was really reactive despite their work.
I choose the paiement in two parts (50% first and After the second part).
I send m'y measurements and the dress Come perfectly at m'y size. The quality is Amazing, the hand working was gorgeous. The details are unbelievable. I can't wait to Wear it for my wedding. The back of the blouse was also beautiful.
I would like to thank the entire team, and also the designer for creating such nice saree and lehenga.
I was scared because everything was in online (the communication) but it's great. The delivery was also top ! I track my order easily
