★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That was the bus in which we should not travel in our life. First of all, the departure time from Jaipur to Ahmedabad was from 6:00 PM but they departed after 8:30 PM. In mid of the night, they started fight and abusing one person. Thenafter, the incident happened during the late night, as soon as they got out that guy from the bus and 6-7 bike riders covered us in the night started abusing shouting and the bikers following us upto 12-15 Kms. It was totaly remote area so Police cannot be found. Moreover, the cell phone's network was out of coverage. We got lucky enough to saved from huge trouble. Furthermore, the RTO police officer at Palanpur tried to stop driver from the riding at service road but the driver refused and continued to drive. The service road was totally demolished that was the reason police asked to not to ride in the road. And finally, they told us you will reach your destination by 6:00 AM in the morning but thanks to the staff, We reached our destination at 8:45 AM.

I humbly request y'all to NOT to use this bus service at any cost.
1. The staff of the bus has perfectly RUDE behaviour.
2. They just want more money even if you've paid once. If you're travelling with a bag ,they'll charge you Rs200 more,with 2 bags they'll charge you Rs 500 more. and if you're travelling with some important items such as glass, they'll force you to pay Rs 1000 more.if you fail to give them money, they would directly say that "we don't want such passengers in our bus, get down from the bus immediately". these are the words that I heard from my own ears. and they'll definitely Kick you out from bus.
3. Once I forgot my mobile and rs 200 in the bus and I was in the same bus. A guy come and took mobile and rs 200 and submitted to the driver without asking passengers. After 20 minutes I found my mobile and ruppees missing from my pocket. So I immediately located my mobile by smart watch and it started ringing loudly. Hearing the sound I reached to the driver and then he said" Is this yours?" And he didn't mention anything about rs 200. Then I asked him about my money, he said there's only a hundred rupee note. So ultimately,he didn't give my remaining rs100. You can imagine how greedy they are.
4. Seats are of poor quality. This is a simple bus just like a city buses. Even there's no Fan, Charging point, emergency exit.
so please think 1000 times before getting in this bus.
This is my honest feedback that I've experienced after travelling 3 times.
