SEEPZ is a government owned area, which has leased out offices for various SMEs and Large Corporates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeps is santacruz electronic export processing zone. All the product and services that happen here are for export only. Lots of jobs here for the jewellery and the It sector. Lots of peoople flock here each day. Very crowded area. You need either a seeps ID card or a day pass to enter here. It has been kept very secure. Hopefully the metro work will finish and make life commuting easy for peoople.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SEEPZ is like a business park compound having IT companies and Diamond or Perl companies offices. SEEPZ has a good and big area. There is a beautiful lake inside it, where employees of different companies go for a milk walk after lunch or for getting refreshed with natural beauty of lake and surrounding garden area.
Many big IT companies are here like TCS, IGate (now Capgemini), Mastek, Syntel, Trygin, CGI etc. There are some good canteens here open for all people inside premises. There is Suncity hotel inside it near Gate No3, where you can also have alcohol.
Gate 1 is main gate which is on MIDC road, where Metro Rail work is going on. Gate 3 is at Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR). Gate 2 is towards Marol Maroshi road, it is only for transfer of goods in and out of seepz.
Once you get a chance to visit any company in SEEPZ, please do visit the lake, canteens and other peaceful area and roads inside the premises.
