★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have tried the services 3 times, the person who come to work are good and work properly but there is no customer service. If there is any fault in the work and you call them then comes their so called manager Surendra Nawa. This person has no respect for customer and does not even understand how to speak to a customer. Had a doorbell installed from them and it burned on 2nd day due to fault in switch. When the person came again they were expecting us to pay labour charge again. And when argued this shame of a person says that it's your fault. He has no manners how to speak to a customer and argued and also cut the phone while yelling at us.
The owner in contrast was a person who at least have a proper hearing to problem and spoke politely.
I actually recommended them to some of my friends but regret doing so after today's experience with this person. Will never even want any one to get in trouble with such a person.
Customer service and attitude makes a brand and sorry to say that such people destroy the brand and lose customers. Some lost today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per the price list, they provide carpenter in Rs. 200, today I received a call from carpenter, He demanding Rs. 300 for only one kitchen drawer channel change and Rs. 400 separately for only door closer fitting.
Loot macha rakhi hai.
