If a part of vehicle is needed to replace they dont even call to inform customer nor they change it, once you come to collect your vehicle at that time they tell you to replace it. So your coming down to service station is all the way waste.
Manager named Umesh dint even bothered to pay attention & replied blunt to all my queries as no interest in solving any.
Worst service from one of countries leading motorbike manufacturer.
Expectation ruined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Recently bought Hero Maestro & for the 3rd free service they charged me Rs.630 without repairing/replacing any major part. Just included oil change & Labor charge. Don't ever go for free service at this showroom. Just because of monopoly of this showroom they are charging anything they want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While purchasing joyride annual servicing card, supervisor told me about that I will get 4 free servicing and 2 free washing. But when I took vehicle for washing after 6 months they denied of such offer and charged for washing more than what it costs outside. This is such unprofessional behavior and should at least tell the customers what exact policy is.
