★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cake we had "THE PISTACHIO AND RASPBERRY ENTREMET" was not just a cake, it was a full pack of different taste and the efforts SEJAL had put in it. Commendable work. The name " SEJAL PARNAMI CAKES " is going to blow in the air with the wings of fame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I ordered Mango Entrement (best seller) from Sejal Parnami. I am very disappointed with what she delivered.
1. What she portrays in pictures is completely different from what she delivered.
2. The layer named ‘mango milk mousse’ was so awfully thick. Under the pretext of 'enriched flavours' there were hardly two cardamom with almost negligible rabri in terms of quantity. She filled khoya/mawa instead of it.
When I confronted her for the same, she said she did'nt make it and bought the rabri from outside.
3. To top it all, it was supposed to be 'mango' rabri. She topped a thin slice of mangoes on the top of it. That's it!
4. The sponge reeked of some sticky sugary syrup. It reeked out so much that it not only spoiled the box that it came in but also my clothes.
We had to leave the entire cake as it is because we just couldn't bring ourselves to have another bite. If I am put it subtly, all there was to eat was cream and very few bites of rabri.
Highly disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bringing the excellence all the way from France, Sejal Parnami has made its name in Jaipur by serving best of the desserts to her customers.
I have recently ordered a tropical hazelnut coffee orange entremet and a vanilla Eclairs which was totally a treat.
We could simply observe all the flavours while having the entremet, every bite was blissful. It was a treat to order from her, truly recommend.
