On St. Francis Lane, off the shut landmark - The West Vile Parle 'Rail Phatak' or level crossing, which since, has a FOB.
ONE IS MOST CONNECTED IN EVERY DIRECTION. TOWARDS THE EAST IS THE INTERNATIONAL & THE DOMESTIC AIRPORTS. THE WEST IS THE JUHU AIRPORT. IN ALL THE DIRECTIONS OF THE SOCIETY, INDEED NORTH & SOUTH TOO, HAVE PRIME MULTIPLE FACILITIES IN TERMS OF HOSPITALS, SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, HOSTELS, RAILWAY STATION, VEGETABLE MARKETS, STREET FOOD, RESTAURANTS, STARRED HOTELS, BOLLYWOOD RESIDENCES, BUS DEPOTS, CINEMAS, SHOPPING, PARKS, THE JUHU BEACH!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice big open spaces, very good for small children, a Shiv jee temple in the compound, construction quality is old but quite unlike Mumbai, open spaces in plenty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is prime because there is Juhu airport near the society, There is also railway station (Vile Parle) nearby making the society more suitable to reside. Transport services like OLA/UBER are also easily available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm staying here for the past 2 months. It is one of the best and affordable places to stay in Ville Parle West which is one of the prime locations on Mumbai. Best part: Mithibai college and NMIMS University - 1.5 km (20 mins walk or 10 mins by rickshaw), Local station - less than a km (10 mins walk, 5 mins by rickshaw), both domestic and International airport - 3-4 kms (cross over to East side and take rickshaw - 20 mins Max), parla market - 10 mins by walk. Only problem here is if you stay in F block, you will face water logging outside you house (not inside) whenever it rains heavily during the monsoon season.
