Professional Domestic help service , highly recommend service, they have good domestic helpers available, helped me out throughout the whole hiring process, . Keep it up guy's.

I recently used this agency and thought they were different from others however they are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. What you get is stress, lies, untrained people which they promise they are highly qualified. So basically, they charge 30k which does not provide any police verification, No background check, No Vaccination, they are not even responsible if any kind of theft happens. The only service which is provided is a candidate would get a pick and drop service. PFA pictures of the candidates in case you are next in there TRAP after looking at the website and how Mohit might convince you that they are best in the town. Please acclaim yourself to be THE WORST. Moreover just to highlight as I am sure you all have some kind of memory loss - Ankur Vyas who rated you recently and gave you 1 star is my husband with whom you have spoken zillion of times but then you are pretending on social media that you have not provided any services to him so that people will avoid reading that comment. STOP FOOLING OTHERS Now here goes our experience with 4 candidates provided by Selfmaid. On 1st Jan 2022 they provided me a maid called Soni who was very hard working but then had issues wherein she forget things and was scary for me as she won’t lock doors, stove will be on etc. etc. however she mentioned she has a disease of forgetting things which was really scary for me. Anyways, after a week she herself mentioned that she can’t pursue as she will go home now. We raised this concern to the agency and then they asked us that they are looking for an alternative. Then comes Vandana. Even after mentioning our details wherein what all is required from the help the agency will ask us again and again to trouble us. We clearly told them that the candidate should be vaccinated at least with one dose especially knowing the fact that our society won’t allow and for our own safety we won’t prefer that too. They sent her at our premises wherein this girl was literally howling with our security guard that how many times should I tell you that I am not vaccinated. Sachin (representative) told me that vaccination is not there headache however when I mentioned the same wordings to Mohit who leads this company apologised and assured us that he will filter the requirements from his end and get us the best candidate. Now comes third surprise which was Anita highly rude as it was communicated to the agency that we don’t have servant room but again was not communicated by them to the maid to which she created a ruckus at our place that she can’t survive without a servant room. Again, she had to leave and what Mohit had to say was Sorry which I think they say it to everyone due to there own mistakes which are surprisingly recurring. Lastly, and thank god the journey ends here with the last candidate which was Sangeeta wherein her mom came with her and assured me that she does not have any issues with all the facilities communicated to her by myself in front of Arjun another representative. She came in the evening and next day morning something happens to her again wherein she does not want to work and it is becoz she has never worked before however as per agent she has 2 years of working experience. As per our beautiful journey with self maid if someone wants to loose there sanity then please choose self maid and get trapped with them. The experience with them is for lifetime which is difficult to forget.

I have taken the part time subscription from the company. System is very professional and maid is also very good. Have to improve more, a long way to go. Good team keep it up

So so terrible!! I got a maid from this service after speaking to the representatives. I was told by mohit that they train their maids and then he put Sachin on the job once I’d enrolled myself on the app. They made me interview a maid at their small office in a village. The maid started working at 15k but didn’t even know how to take an elevator- she was rolling parathas with one had cause the other was holding a phone hahah . I asked Sachin why her work was so terrible and he said let me talk to her trainer- a joke!! The maid had never been trained at all- she said she was at home for a month and they had called her for only 2 interviews. So much for training and charging a higher rate than the market. They also don’t return the money. There are much more reliable maid contractors in the market - don’t work with this company!! Also, they never refund the registration fee. So after 2 days of trial I’m down 3000 rs - it’s a money making business! Anyone can make an app and that’s what they’ve done. Liars ! In reply to your long list of complaints below- you deserve to be yelled at which is exactly what any customer would do after seeing your poor service My only submission to people reading these reviews is that spend your money wisely- this is just an app created by a regular maid agency with all these fancy terms and conditions to tip you off your money. there is no premium service you will get ! The quality of maids is that a cleaning girl was placed in my house with no prior home experience and they have no background checks at all.

Disgustingly poor quality of maids..they claim to send trained staff,but extremely untrained new maids, whiworse than what one gets from local market. They don't even payback pro-rata basis charges , and I have been struggling and suffo atingly tortured with their maidservuces. Please hire a part timer maid, which is more worthy. 18000 salaried Cookson you discover they can just cook good hakka noodles,cart style. No background check, no training,nothing spl. Please totally avoid, save the hassle.

I hired a maid who was over priced for her experience and extremely slow in working and not professional. I paid 30K as agency fees. The maid took more than alloted leaves over and above that we voluntarily gave her. The agency has not provided any replacement even after 10 days. I think I will have to take some legal action against this agency. Extremely unprofessional attitude. They even have stopped taking calls.

Very good experience with selfmaid Have taken a service of Nanny for my daughter and she is a good and reliable lady, she is with me from the last 7 months. Very good coordination by the team. Good team ? Would surely recommend thr services. Keep doing good All the Best
