The office staff Garima and the receptionist (do not know the name) are very cooperative. Manager Harsha made perfect use of her telephonic conversations to motivate me for the deal. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorest after sales response. I had sold a car to them in June 2020 and I received a challan issued in August 2020.
I have raised several complaints via call and texts but this branch’s staff is least bothered to clear this issue, especially Mr Sumit and Ms Harsha. All I have heard from them is that “we have forwarded it to the concerned team”.
It is 2021 now and these people don’t care about their customers at all.
I hope they read this and get back to me as they are not replying to any of my calls or texts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over all good experience. Staff is good. However, the process takes lot of time. I happen to sell it in single visit but took me 3 hrs. However staff is cooperative. And answers all queries. Over all a good experience. Slightly lower car value than individually selling. But comfortable experience overall.
