★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my god, what a horrible experience while selling my dad’s car to cars24 Kota branch. They literally behaved like a road side car pickers with no professionalism.
I called for enquiry, they came for inspection, took copy of RC and insuarance, gave a quote, we bargained and settled on a price. So far so good. Then came super late to pick the car, then just before payment transfer Ms Namrata told on call that we will get 4-5k less today and rest you will get 3-4 days later. They transferred that amt and then I demanded to give complete payment but she keep on insisting that it is fine and conferenced me with her manager and both of them assured me 1000 times that you will get this money in next few days. During this discussion there was a big drama and so called “dharna” outside my house by these gang of 4-5 people to hurry car handover and not worry abt the remaining amount. After the car picked, this lady did not bother about the false promises she made during her dharna to get the remaining money back.
They did not even provide required documentation on the name of “it is late now, we will give tomorrow”. Hurry was to just to pick the car some how.
Call center closed the tickets saying charges deducted are valid but did not bother to the issues 1) we were not informed about these charges before the deal 2) we were falsely and verbally given assurances that we will get the remaining amount in few days 3) they even repeating this claim when my father went to their office.
Unbelievably non professional attitude. Please stay far far away from them.
Hey, they have so many fake reviews posted here too. Most of them are from these employees only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before The Inspection they were Very polite and professional but after I got the quote of my car which is totally unmatchable with my expectation, idk what his name was he called me and told me about the price I said it was not fair and I don't want to sell my car to them after that he went wild and blah blah and started convincing me....So request you who's reading this kindly dont go for cars24 even you are getting lesser value at true value or in the market but never consider cars24 as an option.
