★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever . Staff was idle but they don't want to work they were busy in thier mobile and chit chat . I visited twice thier but they were not able to inspect my car . First tym they said server is not working you have to wait for 1hour I wait there but in last they said come tomorrow . And today I they said you are late . They gave me a appointment 10-6 pm . I reached thier 5.05 pm . And I am late . Car24 does not have any complaint number .kindly improve your services and lay down these idle worker who come office for tym pass only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a guy named Sameer there . He's very impolite and rude . He doesn't know how to talk to a person. Should not be at the showroom at all.
Edit- went again. The peolle there are so careless. 3 customers like me were waiting for 2 hours straight just to get their vehicles inspected.
These people just show that they are busy . In real they are just wasting ur time.
All of them are same. I can name Sameer and Avnish .
Pathetic service.
They work like Govt. employees very slow.
Took 5 hours for my car's inspection.
