★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ad says that it will give best price for ur car in one visit but it told just 2.5 lacs for my i20 asta crdi worth 9.5 lacs. I am getting 4 lacs easily outside on olx. Waste of my 1 hr waiting for the inspection and then listing at cars 24.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go at cars 24 better sell the car at some dealer they Will give half the price you are expect, after inspection of car they give rating 4 star and above but car price is 30% of fair market value, my vehicle rating given by cars 24 is engine 4 star, exterior 4 star, ac 5 star, interior 4 star, steering 5 star, electrical 4 star,my vehicle details are 2014 vehicle 33000kms running hyundai Company , 2nd owner, if it is vehicle conditicon is very bad, why they give 4 star rating, i am not understanding

However to be careful and alert is a independent responsibility of every one.
Do RTO transfer on your own.
Keep insurance of your car valid for more than 1t days to avoid deduction.
Expect to get better auction or value of your car if you wish to sale your car through Cars 24.
Go ahead, sale your car through Cars 24.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unethical practices. The staff is looking for opportunities to cheat and it's too much of a hassle to deal with their conniving methods. The lady at the reception requested for my phone to get OTP and gave the app 5 star rating without my knowledge or permission. Must be following orders from above. The pricing offered will be unethically low and they will just harass you with their idiotic phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with Cars 24. Bought a mid-size SUV, we finalized the deal after agreeing upon some repair work, finishing and cleaning of the Vehicle. But none of the promised things were done, and the Car was delivered in the Same condition. As i had already made the payment, i had to accept the delivery, i kept following up with these people but nothing more than waste of my time. Fed up of the delays, i got my self the car serviced and polished, and accessories fitted. After escalating the matter, one fine day, some one reached out, asking me for the bills i paid to fix the issues, i mentioned in the e-mail complaint. Luckily i had the bills, shared it with the team, and after couple of weeks they cleared some 50% of the bills.
Still the pain is not over, i bought this vehicle in July, and i am still following up these people for RC transfer. They initially mentioned 75 to 90 days due to COVID delays. Then They said some signature mismatched, and now they are saying due to lockdown, but there is no lockdown in Bangalore.
It's very hard to track these guys, and the blunt responses from them further adding to my frustration.
