Dinesh was the executive who handled my appointment. He Negotiated and explained issues in a professional manner. Wouldn't have got a better offer and the best part was payment was done within few minutes after evaluation.

I never expected cars24 to be so good and organized. Had my apprehension earlier but my perception changed in first 10 minutes based on how Dinesh handled the appointment and the inspection. Icing on the cake was the pricing. You will not believe that I got 20% more compared to the next best price. Superb experience...thank you Dinesh Shetty and team..keep up the good work.

β β β β β Courteous Staff, though being a Sunday there were lot of Cars in queue for inspection the team was able to manage it efficiently. All the inspection was done in detail with lot of patience unlike other places where they will always be in hurry. Post inspection there is a wait for 45 minutes to get the best rate , hope they create a lounge for the customer during that period.

β β β β β Pakka 420....Don't buy Cars. They will cheat. If you pay any advance Payment....they will never return your hard earned money....you have to either buy cars or forget your advance payment...I paid almost 1 Lakh more than the market price for a car.. I didn't have a choice....and employees will not answer your calls if you ask Payment....one of them is Mr.Rajeev from JP Yard Hennur Road, 2nd one is Chetan from Nagarbhavi Branch. These 2 I dealt with.
