You get to know status for each event occur during sell process starting from inspection until you sell your car and get money instantly transfer to your account. I got best price in second auction run by CARS24. I am happy to get closer to my quoted price. Now I don’t even need to worry about car transfer as everything is taken care by CARS24 within 1 hour and 30 mins. Thanks for providing best service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rescheduled car inspection for office in RDC. It was done and then at office they are saying it can't be done today. Worst customer service.
This is the reason for 13% decline in revenue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was good Although the staff is cooperative but they don't deliver on what they display through advertisement like instant review and payments. In actual, you will end up spending entire day. Moreover, they claim free RC transfer and other lucrative benefits but in real, you will end up paying for service charges, even instant payment is chargeable INR 1,100 + GST or you will get the payment within 48 to 72 hours and there are few other charges which you will end up paying like:
1. Hypothecation removal charges even when you are giving NOC ???
2. Bank NOC Holding or INR 2,000 for obtaining fresh NOC through Cars24 ???
My suggestion is don't fall for the advertisement but explore multiple places to sell your old car. I am sure you will end up with better deal.
Overall it was very good to go there you must get your dream car here.. Best wishes ???
