★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have been to their store in gurgaon ..sit on a sofa and the moment i sat sofa went backward bcoz of very light structure .second point they are doing reupholstery of the sofas here at gurgaon by local karigar...so in short u r getting a cheap quality chinese sofa with unfinished upholstery in very higher price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products are fine but after sales service is very bad, highly unprofessional sales and service staff. quality control is completely overlooked. I bought 2 accent chairs and centre table set with side tables - both the items had quality issues noted and informed on delivery - the store informed that the same will be corrected and replaced- it’s been almost a month and there is no update - sales staff ignores your calls - we dealt with Tamanna - escalated to the manager also but everyone has the same lackadaisical approach. Really a bad experience in buying.
