★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service. Daily after picking up cylinders from agency their workers transfer gas to other empty cylinders and only after that they proceed to supply to domestic consumers with less quantity. Such a big loss for HP consumers.

Poor agency and customer support, IVR for booking refill does not reflect in their system, does not respond to customer call, 2 contact numbers not works out of 3, given in customer card and their vehicle also old and ill maintained, produces pollution all around
