β β β β β Worst jewellery company just like p c chandra in regards of services promise and collections.
They have very less amount of diamond collections in hand. One will hardly found solitaire diamond above .50 ct here at onetime.
Above all, staffs including manager and head office manager who was a lady didn't know how to introduce herself and so i don't know her name their behaviour are worst and they seemed to be pretty untrained of how to handle situations and we are being harassed a lot.
I ordered a solitaire diamond ring with a design they showed us and Senco gold has promised me to deliver the same by 1 month with no further harassment.
But at the end they show a finished diamond ring that doesn't match the design we chose which was bi color and they made with single color and again wanted to take another week to correct their faults.
Now we have hired a paid car in advance payment and wanted to take the product on Akshay Tritiya, the day everyone knows the importance, that they try to overlook coz of their own faults.
I don't know when you people will learn professionalism. Your advertisement says what you are not actually in reality. You behave like proletariat.

β β β β β It is sad that the service is not so professional. Bought a diamond product which turned out defective within 12 hours of usage, when I went for the repair the staff was very casual and each staff was pushing the other to handle the customer. The service period is quite long because I need to wait for almost a month to get the product repaired. When I asked for drinking water in their counter upstairs they said it is available downstairs and didn't even bother to offer me while I was waiting in the counter for over 15 mins when they were preparing the document, I personally had to go downstairs again and asked them again just for drinking water. The management need to trained their staff to become more professional as customers are spending huge amount on buying their diamond products but are not getting basic supports. Hopefully they will improve on my next visit.
