★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour of staff is not upto the mark....They are not bothered for customer satisfaction and dont want to move to get more options. I went to buy a necklace of light weight ,firstly the lady at the counter gives a very ignoring type of look, then told another sales person to show necklace, she tried to show me some items and ask me to wait few time till he check from the stock but the lady who had handed over her the task stop her to show more ....It's very ridiculous behaviour...I would never recommend to buy gold from this shop where the staff behavior is insulting for customer,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely impolite staff! God knows what they have achieved in life so far that they have the audacity to judge people and their purchasing power. Even if they are big achievers in life, wherefrom do they get this right of looking down at people? With this mentality, I'm not sure how far the business of this store will go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allover my experience is too bad..the sales lady in the bangle section was so rude and so weird..as I was there to exchange my Wristlet(was bought 1yr back from this store only) she refused to show me anything.. started ignoring me..when I asked to see one bangle twice she starter taunting me.. Overall worst behaviour ever..will never purchase anything from senco gold behala pathakpara branch..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and self visited your above outlet on Monday, the 11th. Apr 22. We had a disappointing experience. Gold is no more an asset or investment. We exchanged some old gold to purchase a gold Noa, a platinum & diamond ear stud and a gold ear stud. While melting the gold, deductions and cuts were made on all possible ways . Even the purity and weight was reduced on Hallmark ornaments quoting various reasons . After the valuation was arrived at, and adjustments made for the new jewellery, I still had about Rs 1600 credit balance, which was not refunded to me.( That means someone who needs money in an emergency situation, gold will be of no use). Instead, a credit note for the amount was given to me with a validity of one month. However, the item I wanted to purchase was not available in the shop.
The sales girls were more interested in offering recurring investment schemes instead of taking care of the customer's need.
A lift is badly needed in the three storied showroom.
I will for sure never visit such a shop and pass on my experience to my other friends and in the social media.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the sales girl in the bangle section was very bad.She was so rude and the way she was forcing us to purchase the product or make an advance booking. She just showed 2-3 gold bangles. When a customer will buy such a costly product of 2-3 lacs how can u misbehave with the customer and judge her purchasing power.The customer will definitely take some time to make a decision or may not have that budget. Very disappointed with their service. I saw similar reviews but still made the mistake of visiting this store. Although afterwards I visited Anjali and PC Chandra and their behaviour is so nice. It makes a huge impact . Only visit this store if you are completely sure of your purchase. otherwise be ready to face the bad behaviour of the sales girl.
