★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We poor service from the Senco Gold at Barrackpore. We purchased a Platinum chain, which was got broken. They deducted huge amounts for exchanging even though the chain was in warranty period. Then they pointed to customer care for refunds. This is corruption at their core and not recommend esp for platinum/diamond jewellery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m not al all happy with Senco Gold Barrackpore branch. I bought an ear tops one month back and after putting it once the stem of the studs bend. I went to show them their delivered product they told they can't do anything as it is already sold. The lady name is Shampa who is very oversmart. She knows to play with words very well and a big liar bcoz on the day of purchase she did not tell me tht within a week i can exchange if i don't like the ear tops as she was very much aware of the fault ear tops which she hidden. We never go line by line whats written on the bill, what we go is the weight and the price. She told me why i did not read ; then my next question is did i get the chance to read before purchading?? Please teach manners to this lady Shampa so that the customer can keep them cool while interacting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge collection. Staffs are very polite & helpful. Best for readymade jewellery. The designs of the jewelries are unique. The finishings are also very good. Separate section for silver & gold jewelry. Better than other branded jewelry shop in Barrackpore.
