β β β β β I went thrice to that shop and they have good collection for gold jewelry. But for silver,they have limited stock.
Most of the staff members are good,but last time who attennded me, that guy was rude. I forgot his name.
I bought a small silver spoon and asked for a box,he said,they don't have box for spoon and I asked him just give that on a box where they give chain. He denied and he was arrogant.
Senco Gold is a big name in Jwelery Market.
I would request the Management to look into that matter.

β β β β β It actually was a nightmare and worst experience purchasing from here. From the reception to the sales staff till the cashier
1) The staff was least interested to help even when your budget is more than average
2) The billing queue was insanely long due to damaged printer
3)The cashiers were rude
4) there was no coordination among the staff.
5) I had to wait over two hours for my diamond certificate which takes less than a minute

β β β β β Worst experience at this store. I am a frequent customer of Senco but at this it is my first purchase. I have visited on 14th November this year. I should get Rs. 225/- discount on each gram of gold I have purchased but they did not considered that . I realised this when I reached at by home. I called on their number printed on th envelope. The land number is not working. The mobile number picked by a lady who told me that she is not in the showroom and I explainedy points that ihave purchased two items and the dicpunt were not considered in any one. She called back me after 40 minutes . I was surprised hearing her. She told that it was system fault and they will give me discount on one item only and I can collect that any day. I called on customer care number at 5:50PM and it says it is open from 11AM to 7PM Monday to Sunday. But every time I call , it disconnected after saying Thankyou.

β β β β β Such a pathetic experience. They had a unit of Keyaseth Medi spa (franchisee) group.
This is regarding 1 incomplete facial session amount (Rs 3250) that has not been refunded because due to the closing of Mediβs spa-Chinsurah branch.
Due to covid and lockdown Medi spa was closed from March 2020 β Aug/Sept 2020 and then the spa permanently got shutdown from April 2021 and thus my mother could not complete 1 facial service.
I have had multiple calls regarding this with Senco Chinsurah branch but they are so rude and unethical they don't even answer my calls.
Being a loyal customer for both Keyasethβs(since 2013) and Senco gold(since my grandmotherβs generation) I did not expect such delay in response.
Kindly refund the amount of incomplete session.
I have shared all bills with them but no respond.
To All kindly refrain yourself from going to their centre.
Such a big scammer.
