Don't have less than one start so going with it. Worst response from the employee. In the Hero website there is a MRP of (9.2k) they are including extra 500 for fitting (9.7k). Just enquired why is that difference for that he got angry and saying take box and fit yourself. Another thing if you go to amazon they are providing below MRP which is less of 1.5k (7.7k).
Owner / MD: Keep in mind customer satisfaction is more important than anything for any business, your employee ruining it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER WILL I SUGGESTED!!!! CHEATER !!!!The owner needs to learn how to respect people forget about customer seller relationship. One of the most horrible behaviours and doesn't deserve to be in a field where he needs to deal with customers. I wonder how people are giving him 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hate the service . If I am in front of them and I have a tyre puncture , I will walk two kilometers just to find any other shop. Their attitude is arrogant and they behave as if they are doing you a huge favour fixing your bike. Worse, they don’t take adequate care and just do the bare minimum without bothering to resolve your problem. I have had to go back three four times to fix tiny problems they refused to do, and each time they tried to charge me . I find them a complete waste of time energy and money.
