★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was great, I wasn't made to think as if I needed to buy expensive gear that'll add to my cycling experience. I'm just a person who takes their cycle around, don't know much about 'parts' or gear but didn't feel like I was taken advantage of. Very helpful, in conclusion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 cycles from this shop, first time it was ok no issues...
But 2nd time I had a bad experience.. This shop OWNER is ok friendly, and cycle price is also reasonable only. but the MECHANIC IS NOT EXPERIENCED. Bought a new cycle, the cycle's brakes were rubbing, so when I told the mechanic abt it he made it so loose that it wasnt even braking when I pulled the brakes. When i went back to them to get it fixed he spoke very rudely telling that he has other work than treating the same customer again and again and told that customer like you are a pain.I really would not recommend u to buy here as the mcehanic is very bad at his work and cant fix simple problems, so i had to go to another person ( he is not a mechanic, he is my friend's SON who knows bit abt fixing the cycle problems) to the brakes fixed on the "new cycle " and now it works perfectly fine. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION IS ZERO VERY DISSAPOINTING.
