Receptionist Staff => found them Cold to customers and ok ok .... not very friendly over the phone too.....
Massage service => Some are very good, but the issue is that their massage will vary everytime.
So if your current massage experience was good.... then you cant expect that next time you will receive the same experience.....
Difficult to remember the names ?♂️...
Cost => Expensive
Membership => Keep changing the plans as their customers base has increased
But over all and with all its gaps ... one can visit and get a good massage....

Had visited in the month of March when I tried the Balinese Massage. It was good to see many types of oils which were offered and the therapist was kind enough to explain in detail various benefits of different oils and their usage. The therapy was extremely relaxing and left me very happy and calm afterwards. 5/5 for overall experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am with them since last 3 to 4 years, year by year they are lacking in the own standard. They are only benefitting as not good spa near by. Their Gurgaon location is better in service. In vasant vihar , they don't care about client time and service as all.now a days focus on extra, I wish owner realize the value of professionalism rather than fast money...
