★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never travel with this bus service..The worst customer service if you can face ...It is here in seoni roadways. Condutor is not having any manner of talking ...And no one can help you ..There is no senior level management .Who will listen to you..
I warn..Never take a chance of travelling with this bus service.
I booked a seat from nagpur to seoni
I called him that I will be reaching the next stop Lic square to board the bus.he told either you come to mp bus stand or we won't keep your seat..I told him I won't be able to come to mp stand as I was little late..
When I came to lic to board to bus
And told him I have online booking..
He started shouting on me in front of all the passenger ..Ki.online tiket book karke bus thodena kharodi hai..Jana hai to jao..Nahi to compliant karo jisko karna hai.
I told him to lower his voice and talk in proper manner . He again shared mujhe tameez mat sikha yaha pe..mujhe jute nahi khane passenger se..
I am not able to understand was it my fault to book the bus..
Because he was making 3 people sit in the seat of 2 ..So he wasn't interested to give me the seat..Otherwise he won't me able to steal the money..
I have ve been traveling with other buses nandan travel, vijayant travel..Never faced such situation..
