★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even after keeping the vehicle for more than 20 days, no work in the list was done and on the contrary they changed the mirror switch which was already working fine and that too without informing me. Highly disappointed. Reason given was staff shortage due to covid19 , my question is if they didn't had staff why did they took the vehicle for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a mid off heavy rush for servicing vehicles, I was offered prompt service. My Ecosport regular service was done in 3 1/2 hours. Ford needs to open more service centres in Nagpur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there for the first time for the 3rd periodic service as my vehicle belongs to Pune but had very good experience. Staff was very co-operative. The advisor was also very humble and polite. Done servicing in very less time. Strongly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vehicle was taken for first service. I asked for pickup and drop service. Some third party person came to pick my vehicle. I was worried till I receive a call of confirmation from vendor. The servicing was good. I have received the vehicle in good clean condition.
