★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just beside Serampore Rly Station. Stage is very small. Sound of trains disturbs much. Rent of hall IN 700 for 3 hrs. Booking from Serampore Municipality. It is situated on 1st floor of municipality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located near the railway station it is perhaps the only public hall in Serampore ... the hall is quite big but quality wise very unsatisfactory ... the comfort of the audience is not taken care of ... there is no air conditioning ... even the fans dont work properly ... thus visiting the hall becomes a horrible experience especially during summer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a town hall from outside it's brilliant, but from inside it's a maze. It do have a stage for performance but not so good in quality and size. Ground-floor has municipal office but people working there are not focus towards work rather they like to do Facebook and have a smoke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a pride of Sreerampore. The public library over there is 100 years old. The hall itself need some renovations. It has a good contribution in culture of Drama, song, Recitation. Serampore is a well cultural place. To maintain that Serampore Municipality should take care of that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very poor hall for any kind of concert or stage performance. No air conditioning system. The whole hall is to much suffocating in the summer days. Front stage is also very small. No green rooms. Didn't except such kind of hall at Serampore in the name of 'Town Hall'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sitting arrangements is very good, specious. Sitting capcity is down from previously arrangements. Thoug the hall newly build the air-conditioning is bad. Needed more exhaust system. Easily accessible from Serampore stn. Wash room should be taken care of. No parking inside. And for better sound you have to arrange yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once upon a time it was pride of Serampore. But now a days due to lack of maintainance, poor administrative guidance it became mess. Area is very congested, also unhygienic. Need lot of maintainance throughout the year to save our heritage.
