★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2007, we were newly married couple from Chennai. My wife got conceived. From day 1, we went for check up. Dr. Rehana Khan is a gift. She is very talented doctor. She helped my wife alot.
My wife still remembers her and thank full to her. We never forget her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treatment : The doctors here are very professional and friendly at the same time, to the point treatment was given and it was great. Dr. Rehana Khan is very talented and good at explaining the causes for the problem.
Facilities : good facilities provided by the hospital, each and every kind of Dr's available here.
Staff: friendly staff, but they are bit slow.. Keeps patient waiting, not up to the mark trained.
Cleanliness : the place kept neat and clean, maintained well.
Feedback: look at the patients and their time spent on waiting over there, try to minimize it, else it is a great hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had very bad experience with Serene hospital for the delivery. We had only optioned this hospital because of our consulting Gynecologist is having tie-up with this hospital.
The nurses and staff are not at all good! Everytime you need to visit reception to call them if any help is required. There is no assistance from the nursing staff for the new born and for the mother for bath and massage. My wife had C-section and there was no milk for first 2 days and baby needs to feed every 2 hours. Everytime we need to go to the reception to call the nurse for feeding, they had no feeling of responsibility.
For this worst service they have charged us total 85k which certainly they don't deserve. The admin guy Aleem was perpousfully delaying the discharge process in the name of insurance company but my insurance company approved all bills within 15 mins as all documents were ready and waiting for hospital to submit it.
So it's my request to all Dad and Mom to be please avoid this hospital for delivery. You may get much more better options at the amount what I paid.
Also, there is no N-ICU available in the case of any emergency required. Recently one of my friend also suffered due to no N-ICU available and baby was shifted to another hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with Serene Hospital. I was a regular patient of Dr. Rehena but last time when I visited Serene hospital. She overcharged me and when I asked her the reason for it, she started behaving weirdly and started shouting for no reason. As an Advocate by profession and regular patient of her, I have all the rights to ask her why she is charging me extra. Instead of giving me logical answer she told me this is her fees and when I told her this is wrong, she told me to get lost and started yelling on me. From this review I just wanted to inform everyone that this is how they treat their patient. They only want to make money. I was also warned by one of my colleague about her true nature. There is no proper management, uneducated & rude staff, long queue and no parking space. The medicine she prescribed will only available at the dispensary of hospital at ground floor. I would like to advise everyone please think twice before visiting her.

From this review I just wanted to inform everyone that this is how they treat their patient. They only want to make money. I was also warned by one of my friend about her true nature. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wosrt hospital.every time i went for checkup they asked me to do every test and did not sanitize even the oximeter nor any cleanliness.All the staff works as per their convenience and slowly.
They charge consultation fee as per the disease ,if you have normal fever its 300 and if you visit in 2 days and its covid related tests then they will charge you 500.
Its pathetic to see this kind of behaviour in such a crucial time.
