The technician tried my laptop as a geanipig for experimentation and returned me by worsening the state. If you don't want to damage your gadget any further please refrain from reaching out to these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Pranitha IT solutions for my Desktop CPU problem. Mr. Suresh was assigned as the service engineer. He handled the issue thoroughly and on time. The service was transparent, pricing is good and best part is that they provide door service, So I didnt have to go to their office.

When I registered in Sulekha on November 22, 2021 for repairs to my Sony laptop, Suresh from Pranitha IT Solutions contacted me and agreed to repair it. After analysis, I was informed that my hard disk was damaged, and he took my laptop saying that he would replace my hard disk with a 240 GB Kingston SSD and return my laptop the same day. However, my laptop was returned only on November 25, after I followed up multiple phone calls. After making the payment of agreed amount, when I checked my laptop, I found that I have been provided with a Chinese make SSD instead of the Kingston SSD.
In addition, the firm was to recover data from my old hard disk and said that the work would be completed in three days. Since then I have contacted the firm multiple times, but Pranitha IT Solutions is not providing the Kingston SSD promised and 90% of the time do not take my calls. There has been no progress on the data recovery; moreover, no update has been provided about data recovery until now.
Pranitha IT Solutions should provide the promised Kingston SSD and return my old hard disk which the firm had taken for data recovery. On data recovery, the firm has done absolutely nothing.
I feel such unprofessional behaviour should be flagged for the benefit of the community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given to repair my laptop to Suresh Reddy,he repair it and gave me back,it started working but after sometime it again started same problem,I called him again and again, but from last 15 days,I'm trying to call him but he is not responding he is not picking my phone and even not responding the message,what an unprofessional!!!
