★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here Am particularly talking bout The Voltas company (AC) service in Kota. The way they speak or respond to their customer is PATHETIC. My worst ever experience with any of the AC company on the matter of installation of an AC. It’s been 2 days I bought an AC... I was promised for the installation yesterday only. Then my phone rang up around 3pm and I was told it’s been too late the guy will get free by 4;30 and after that won’t be possible, so will install it tomorrow by 11am. Again I got a call around 8 in the morning and once again I was assured for 11:30am I kept on waiting then I called them up around 1:30. Again I was told to gimme 10min I will just update u the status. Again around 3 I called them up this time I was told for 6 pm by Mr. Arif who gave me the no of Mr. Sameer who will visit my place for the installation. And this time I was told “ Beale hi raat ke 10 baj jaye per installation aaj hi hogi, warna aap mujhe call karna” now around 7:30pm when I called up Mr. Sameer he says “ main to nai karunga.. jisse karana ho kara lo” now am trying to get in touch with Mr. Arif but he is not taking my call. This is Kota or this is Voltas .. I really don’t know. Overall am not gonna buy a Voltas product nor I would suggest any one to go for it. PATHETIC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier they were claiming to be Voltas Service Centre but the fact is they are Not a authorise service centre.
I told them all the details about the compressor on phone that it is taking more current then usual, so, I need to know about if that is under warranty or not.But they did not disclosed while talking that they are not an authorised service provider.
Moreover they did nothing except checking the facts which already observed by me and CHARGED Rs 500, also they did not give a receipt for, also no service report was provided, when I refused to pay they started misbehaving.
The service person were rude, the head was chewing tobacco and speaking with full mouth.
I would never recommend such people should be called at home.
Company should take action such fraudulent people.
