★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service center is fake , not affiliated to the company I visited here for the repairing of my mobile but they didn't excepted my phone by saying that they have no availability of by the company, if filed a complain against him, the company's costumer care told me they have no service center in kashipur, So I request all realme mobile user not to visit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, I want to warn everybody that this is a service centre of Micromax and not of MI, they have put a big logo MI in front of their shop which is misleading. MI service centre should take note of this.
I was misleaded by the staff of this centre by telling me that they are also a service centre of MI. My mobile Redmi 9 was repaired by them saying that moisture has seeped into my mobile and they will have to change the subboard for which they will charge Rs.703/- . They did not changed the subboard but still charged the amount from me.
When I asked the details about the changed part the service staff made call to somebody saying that he is owner, who misbehaved on phone and started shouting.
These people are totally unethical , unprofessional and also misbehave with customers.
Please be warned before dealing with this centre.

Due to some issue .I had a bill but they were asking for box so they didt replaced
How can we keep box for all the item
