★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRAUD* very bad experience still waiting for them to resolve my issue. It’s been more than 2 weeks and i am calling them everyday to repair the backlight which was newly installed by them and lasted only for few days. They are just ignoring calls and telling me I’ll come today tomorrow and never show up. My family is sitting without tv now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE - Services Guru technicians are frauds. I dealt with a guy called SANTOSH. To take your business they will talk technical and tell u that they will fix your TV completely but in reality they do a quick workaround which stays for sometime and then again your product will stop working. I had a 55 inch LED repaired by them before backlight issue and they did exactly what I mentioned. 1 konth later TV broke down with same issue. Once they return your TV, they will stop taking your calls completely and don't even respond to messages.
My suggestion is to please go for certified service centers and avoid Services Guru for any repair work.

They are frauds. they had my tv for several weeks and after fixing it hardly worked for 2 days. He doesn't respond on calls anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t believe in any of the positive reviews. Those are fake, and probably added by his friends/family. Kiran Patil is the biggest fraud there is! He caused more damage to the TV than there was when given for repair, and returned it back in the worst possible condition when we told him that he’s charging too much for a spare part (which we were getting from another technician for a much cheaper price). We shouldn’t give business to such fraudsters when there are many other genuine businesses you could go to.
