★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right from the beginning the service of Aditya and Janardhan was commendable and praiseworthy .My house was whitewashed and I wanted to get it thoroughly cleaned Janardhan and his team were absolutely on time and they cleaned every nook and corner of my house in detail. All the stubborn stains were taken care of and removed properly. I am very happy and satisfied with the work they have done and would love to take the services in future also .My house is a sweet home now ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called these people in the month of January and soon after listening to my requirements a girl staff named Akriti sent me 2 profiles. At that time both seems good to me so I selected one. As I required a maid for baby care so I wanted a neat and clean baby sitter but when that girl came to me I got confused and surprised because she was totally different from her picture. So that was the filtered pic of that girl. But even after that I allowed her for work and after few days she started arguing with me. As a result I called servoner to replace this girl and they told me that this girl is from some village and does not have any place to stay here so I allowed her to stay at my home for few days. And when she was going from my home servoner staff told me to give her salary in their account and I did that. After 1 month and after so many follow ups they Provide me a second profile. I selected that girl and asked them to arrange her corona test. They sent me a report and told me that she is positive but I found that little fake so I called hospital authority and got to know that the report was fake and edited. They charged 800 rs from me I called Akriti and she transferred my call to Aditya Parasher a totally fake and a big lair. I did not have any option and told them to find a maid again after that they send one girl and now after 2 months she is saying that she wants to go to her village.
So my experience was pathetic with these people and I got to know from the very first maid that they are not giving her salary which I have transferred to aditya's account.
I can even give their names, please do not take their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional services. Staff is well behaved and mannered. No extra charges and unnecessary commissions. We have hired nanny for our 8 months baby. Very nicely trained and expert nanny with good behavior. Documentation is proper and very transparent. Very satisfying so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially i was hesitant in using their services but I had no choice. I had never used an agency to hire before but in lock down i was not getting a maid through a personal reference. I am pleasantly surprised that I got a good service and it has been 2 months and the maid has not given a reason to complaint. The maid is leaving next month for some family function and Servonerhas promised to send a replacement. Hope the service ahead also remains the same

My child is very fond of her now and she also take care of him very well. I am over all happy with the service and no complaints yet. Hope it remains the same in the future.

I also feel very confident that my home is secure during their visits. Servoner is not inexpensive but the quality of service and peace of mind is worth the extra expense I may pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are fraud. They take money and do not provide the maid. They disconnect the phone and change the number provided. They are criminal and please be aware of them. They will no talk to you after taking money.
Pathetic service. Don't even think about taking their services. They do not have any professional maid. All they care about is their money. Once u pay their fee, they are least bothered about your requirements and issues. It will take weeks and even months for them to provide u a single maid and that too not as per your need. They have no backup ready in case u are not satisfied with your current maid. They send any random maid without any background check who is not experienced and u need to teach them everything. Worst experience ever with this agency. Don't waste your money and time here. If there was any option to give 0 star I would have given that. Very unprofessional people working here who are not at all bothered about their customers. And you money does not get refunded even if you don't get any maid. Beware of this agency.

Their services are fantastic. Previous maid they provided have some issues to continue after 4 months so they provided me with the replacement also. I am very happy with the maid and recommends you to take their services.
