We bought Titus water tanks(two) from the shop in march, after 20+ visits for bill owner's youngest son misbehaved with my father.
He talked to my father rudely and arrogantly, such a shame for such big name since last 25years.
Another customer was turned down even when he paid money and made ordet, he was told will send stuff tomorrow only and ordered staff to lock the shop and leave.
Such arrogant person is like virus than kills the whole name, be careful Mr. Sethi from your younger son's way of handling customers..
Such arrogant behaviour you just showing here, you are nothing with your last name.
First create a name of your own than show arrogancy.
Moreover lunatic like you don't desrve to be at shop, person like you are the sole reason a brand gets defamed.
My dad just said hand over the Bill to us, we visited to 20times and you were like talk to my dad.
Than why the hell you sitted on his chair when you don't know about anything and you just care about counting cash...
Are you a real shopkepper or someone who got the chair brcause of family person.

Kindly do not buy anything from this place this guy always look for big orders. He judge by your order if is it small then he won't give you even any attention. Worst service.
