Worst experience ever, watch was taken with commitment to repair within 15 minutes, Guess how long time they took to repair.
Answer is 7 DAYS. ??????
Fortunately they returned watch after 7 days, I had assumed that I lost my watch because there was neither apology from Staff nor confirmation when watch will be repaired.
Ruthless staff and owner of showroom, I would advise to throw watch in dustbin but don't go to this service centre ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service in terms of replacing a defect product and very bad follow ups with their customers.I suggest you all to buy a watch from the main company they will give you a better replacement services. It's my personal experience from this store that I got my new watch strap replacement after 3 months.

They retured my watch through courier along with the replacement glass at my Gwalior address. Extremely satisfied. Must recommend to everyone. 10/10 marks.
