★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service for form you need to pay after that talathi panchnama office doesnt open on time token system is worse part why to take token?? All here is corruption going on.For any service you have to waste your 2 to 3 days for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just recently went to the thane setu office and I was left disppointed with so many things.
1. First of all the staff working over there they follow their own lunch timings and not the ones mentioned in their own office.they came back to work almost half n hour after the lunch.
2. Two of the fans are not working so it becomes a bit hot during summer. Maintenance is very poor.
3. They have their own agent outside who will ask for a hefty fee of Rs.1600 for domicile certificate application which only charges around 45 rupees and the agent will also tell you that you will get your domicile in 2 to 3 days and if you follow the complete process it takes around 12 to 15 days.
