★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their rates (400) and timings (8.30 am to 7.30 pm and 7.30 pm to 8.30 am) are good. They also provide training to their staff. We got 2 good ayas for my bedridden mother. Seva also has a monitoring system , though not robust. They cover up and defend mistakes in case an aya who is in their good books and are very rude to patient's family members. We had such sour experience when we registered complaint when an aya was consistently irresponsible, insincere and unprofessional. This aya gave Seva staff completely false pretences and allegations against us and to her surprise and dismay, Seva Staff , even managers covered up this Aya. Did not provide any replacement in spite of our consistent requests to provide it. Seva staff including Mrs Date the owner did not express any regrets, on the other hand came across very rudely to us ( including my 75 year father) just because we softly but firmly pointed out the aya's mistakes.
It is very sad and disappointing experience from a reputed nursing bureau like SEVA.
The name of this aya is Vaishali Gayakwad. Do not ever hire this person IN CASE you have to approach SEVA.
