★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently it is being used a sale store in ground and first floors. The colthes sold there are satisfactory yet some are very cheap and completely worth it. Exported and defected items are kept here so you might have to dig to get some rare finds which can be very good. Overall okay.
Not preferable if you're into shopping from brands.
Preferable if you like shopping from local markets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very managed place. We arranged marriages, my father's retirement party, my weddign party and other functions, and founs very impressive. Food quality is very good.
Vallet parking also available outside. Arranged by the Seven pearls.
Good place for marriages, engagements, and other functions.
Outside decorations are also good and impressive.
Slightly expensive.
Washrooms need improvements. Overall I recommand this place for functions..

One can Book For Family Function, Engagement, Marriage , Anniversary, Ceremony , Birthday Or Anything Else.
Floors Are There , Vallet Parking Is Also Available.
It's Cheap as compared to other banquet Lawns.........Food Quality Is Ok!
Management Is Also Good!!

The Buffet Is Quite Good....
The Quality Of Food is Also Good...
There is No Problem In Finding The Banquet As It's much closer to the Metro Station. It's opposite to the GOLD's GYM building!!! And the banquet looks quite good at night!!!
I personally recommend it!!!
Transport facility is also very good from here , one can never face any problem either regarding finding it or food or going back home...!!!
And one could also ask any local person about it
So overall it's very Good
If you are seeking for any party lawn in a mid budget range...!!!!

They will give stale food, old flower chadar, bridal room without a fixed mirror and won't bother to decorate the place at all.
All their promises are lies. They won't listen to you once you give them money.
