β β β β β I got trained on Lean Methodologies and the learning experiential. The pedagogy is excellent and is based on practical and real life case studies. That makes things easier to relate and understand. The faculties were exceptionally experienced and and in depth understanding and most importantly they knew how exactly to dish it out to an uninitiated crowd. All in all it was a very effective session that I went though in the 4 days of sessions I had. Thank you Seven Steps for enabling me in the domain of Lean and Six Sigma.

The way of transformation was Tremdoius.. My journey was for 18 months throughout which we engaged in learning tools of 5s and TPM implementation.
Seven steps is highly committed team ensure in peoples development through effective training methodologies and various ways to implement the required tools for the best practices to be updated and implementation strategies.
They gave me a Carrier guidance from seven steps team.. The implementation of TPM and 5s helped me to learn the skills and techniques for implementation of best practices for our domain.
