Staff lady is rude and always busy on her mobile phone despite rendering her services to the people standing inside , she was more into talking to the person on the phone. Such employees waste the time of people who have more concerning to matter to look after. We are very disappointed by the this. I have come two days in a row for my work by still it's not done. The complaint numbers do not work, where should we file a complaint?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor staff don’t want to work at any point of time . Have to visit 3 times for updation of address , still not updated . Giving irrelevant excuses every time , server nhi chalra , morning mein aa jana , token ke lie line mein baut hai kal morning mein aa jana. Wastage of time if you go there. Two sardarji sitting at reception don’t want to work gives lame excuses, sometimes security guard is working on there behalf. They are taking advantage of local village people and i have to say no honesty towards there job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, and staff to much arrugant and feel that in govt officer as, 6 month child for Aadhaar card wait 4 hr and not given any preference three time I required to manager due to little baby and feed issue baby crying, but not taken any action. So I request to NK sharma ji change manager and adjust card service provide staff sitting in counter 3.4
