Tech Mahindra Foundation
Tech Mahindra’s social activities are carried out by Tech Mahindra Foundation (TMF)- its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm. The Foundation was set up in 2006 as a Section 25 Company (referred to as a Section 8 Company in the Companies Act, 2013). Since then, it has worked tirelessly towards the vision of ‘Empowerment through Education’, establishing itself as a CSR player within the Mahindra Group as well as a social organization at the national level. The programs are run in two modes — directly implemented through the Foundation and with partner organizations.

A nice big cafeteria and parties are always there. I recommend to join. One should join the company and follow their dream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lively place to work. Far off from the city traffic but with plenty to go around. Have been working here for 11+ years and particularly in this building for 7. It has a nice aura and employees are nice (can’t say the same about all the employers though ?).
Lots of activities to do in the company premise like badminton, basket ball, table tennis, foosball, etc. The company has its own gym and rest area and large enough cafe to seat roughly 250 employees and to top it all they have a great support staff that works round the clock to make everyone’s time at work pleasurable and comfortable. To top it all it’s close to local sector market which offers variety of street foods and restaurants for team parties.
