★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Pathetic Management..They will be very Good On the First Day Before Paying the membership Fee..Right from Next week They will End Up Showing you some New Rules Which were never spoken Before..! Also Very Few Number of Mirrors in the Gym..Untidy Dressing Room.! Not at all Advisable..Otherwise You would End Up Regreting Paying the Full membership Like I do.!

But most of members of gym has zero discipline while doing workout they occupy mirror irrespective of someone using mirror to check the form while working secondly bad thing i noticed that never put dumbells back to reck after using them.... Which management has to take care of...

Don't pay, if you're even 0.1 % unsure of whether you are gonna to be able to attend or not.
They don't really care about customer satisfaction.
You will feel as if you have come to a market and not the gym because it's that crowdy in the evening.
They don't provide trial day. I have brought three months of membership and attended only one day (which by the way should be trial day). So if you want to join here, just join from the first day without checking the quality. On the second day of gym, I got to know that I have got selected in one course and due to that I won't be able to continue the gym. So I went to the gym and told the same to the sfw team if they can transfer or refund my amount. I thought they will consider my reason because was valid and I had attended "only one day at the gym."
The staff members were very neglect full of all the matter, after long discussion they asks you to talk to few people of sfw which can be the partner or the manager of gym just for your satisfaction but eventually at the end they do nothing.
I will suggest, go for other gym options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the manjalpur area, SFW gym is very convenient for all people without personal training. They have all advanced equipment. But this place is very crowded because of a small space. Also personal training charges are very higher. They provided Yoga, zumba and floor exercises, but Zumba classes were not that much interesting. Only a few trainers give you personal training very well; otherwise, no use of taking personal training at all.
