β β β β β I signed my daughter up for the VIP Shaadi services via this branch and it has been a painfully negative experience, to say the least. It appears that they do not have any profiles and continue to circulate old profiles. The relationship manager, Gopi Salat, would send profiles that clearly do not match our criteria, and if at all we found a profile we liked, he would have the same two excuses - the lack of "a mutual acceptance" or the lack of a response from the other party (seriously, slackening has never been this obvious). There is no way to check if the other party even exists, by the way.
I called their office several times to get in touch with the manager, Ms. Toral, who was conveniently not in the office every time I called but would persistently call whenever I was signing up/when the time came for renewal.
