It is a fraud market of mobile phones.
There are some shops (specially) which you cannot rely on if you give them your mobile for repair. You don't know what they will do with your phone.
They will first tell you that they will try to repair the phone but the phone may get damaged for which they will not be responsible.
Please note that this is not for all shops, only some shops, I hope you understand.
