★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience with the inexperienced stylist and unfriendly management. The stylist was not able to do what I asked him to do which was simple hair curl for a cousin wedding and a blow dry for my mother. On top of it the management was so unfriendly and did not managed to solve our problems and blamed us. They spoiled one of the special occasion of our family. Highly disappointed!!.. Do save your pocket and pick up another salon. I have been using Shades services at other outlets and had a good experience but this branch does not hold the same reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited this centre of Shades for 1st time. The services were good, they have kept safety measures with respect to current COVID situation. I was attended by Neetu, she gave me a good face cleanup according to my skin. Other services she worked on were also nice. It was bit high on price but that I think overall Shades pricing, so I won’t blame this particular Center for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for 30 minute head nd shoulder massage for 750. Was very painful, not relaxing at all and it was completed in 15 minutes. Totally unprofessional.

Over the call someone else picks up and says one rate and when you visit it's a whole different story.
The staff is rude
Worst haircut experience ever.
I really wanted to get out of the chair and walk away.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.
