★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever... They don't have any professional etiquette how to deal with bride who have her marriage on that day. They called us for bridal makeup at 3pm and started the makeup at 9pm in the night. The owner is so pathetic and have no manner how to treat their clients.
There was only one more bride for makeup. They don't able to handle them.
The makeup done by them was so bad and doesn't suggest any hairstyles and done the dark markup.
I don't know why owner take the revange on my sister and doesn't realise what they had done.
I would not recommend to anyone who will bride soon for the makeup. The owner is so manipulative.
Be cautious before enrolling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner herself is so unprofessional doesn't know how to have conversation. Give false information I asked her global color price which she offered lowest price while she was having offer. When I went she said the price was for another color like black or dark brown. When I asked why she didn't inform me before she put everything on me. The way she talks is very annoying and irritating.
Before this incident I gave her advance for some service because of covid I couldn't avail it. I called her at 7:30 to use the service which might have hardly taken 15 mint. She said she is closing if I reach then ok otherwise she will close, it takes 15-20 min for me to reach there. Despite of the conversation she wasn't ready to adjust so I asked to refund my money
She declined my call. Then she started some stories. I called her again somebody else picked up call and it was properly planned. They said something urgent came. That some news came to them of demise. Which was not told me 2 minutes before.
If it true my condolences to the land owner family.
It was urgent for me to avail the service on that day only. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there they are unprofessional sounds like illiterate and are very irritating. They don't care about you hence Don't waste your money. And you can see the way she replies to her negative reviews. Not every body is wrong change your way or get some grooming classes for your own self.
Pathetic and unprofessional. If had any negative star option would have given them that.
And there is a difference between advance money & package. I had given her advance money which she doesn't want to give services because I had given negative review. I mean give my money back then. Package have a validity not advance money. The male person at the counter doesn't know how to talk & saloni what to tell about her. Beggar who steals money from your. They don't give services nor the money back. Advance money & package mein difference pta kr k ao tb chalao salon.
