Felt unwelcomed and left.
Pro tip: Don't go there during wedding season unless you're getting married.

the COVID protocol of wearing mask was not followed in the salon.
there was this other customer playing random videos on speaker for her entertainment causing disturbance and we had to request her to stop.
I was left in the room after applying the facial with no attendance for 45 mins, and the guy left to drop someone off.

Too many hidden charges, which they are informing after utilizing their services. Differentiation in quality of service to customers. Whereas other branches of shades are having very highly professional team.
