★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have spent only 3 days in this company.This is not an organization,it is a house. I have worst experience in my job career. The behaviour of the employees are so pathetic and ridiculous. Each employee feels that he is the MD of the company. Please don't prefer this company. Some employees have been continuing in this company from 8to 9 years. So they creat a monopoly environment. They think that they are the best sales person. After 3 days of my joining I didnt even get my offer letter. There are no Hr policy,no ethics, no culture. So I suggest you guys, please don't prefer this organisation.

No offer letter has given to me after joining from 3 days. Worst company ever no hr policy , no ethics, no respect. Without knowing about market, they are into it.... its an advice to all of you, start your own start ups... never use this company.
