★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very unexpected answer by you and your courier channel partner. Because I am continuously raising a ticket for the pickup of my order and continuously over the phone but nobody picks the call and any other email or neither he asks for my address while all the courier company reaches at my address for delivery and pickup. But Shadowfax is a very ideot company. I am planning to sue the company because I have call details that he never picked up my phone for the last 2 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review regarding the shadow fax delivery boys,they are big liers very pathetic and disgusting delivery services, they put up wrong and fake status on tracking related to customer for example customer want open delivery , customer is not contactable etc.
They are liers due to the pathetic services of the delivery boys many parcels has been returned. 15-20 parcels in a week.
I m in big lose due to shadow fax.
