They had to pickup a packet but at 9:52 pm I received two messages, 1 was with a pickup pin code to be given to the pickup agent and another one was a regret message that qc failed, without visiting they have sent me a message that qc reject, is this some kind of fun ?? Pathetic service. I wish I could lodge some complaint against them, they even don't have a service number for customers to connect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My one courier delivery from my shoe has to be done from this service but it is not received to me and showing delivered on 21st August Saturday 10:37 pm. please let me know who will SF148563904443FPL service at late night and I am trying to contact them but they are not responding I will not prefer anyone to be done courier service through this company.

No contact number for shadowfax.. no complaints.. delivery person who came to collect is unknown called me through IVR calling n i am unable to contact him... Never trust shadowfax..
