★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a return pickup which was scheduled and delivery/pickup team collected the same.
Item was packed in cardboard packing. After picking the item from me, pick-up boy opened the packing and taken the item out and he thrown away the cardboard packing in front of my door.
My query is, whi have given rights to pick-up boy to open the packet?
Will shadowfax bear the complete cost in case item is damaged? When I have reported the same to that delivery boy then he misbehaved.
Also please hire professional team and aligned them after giving proper training about the services and behaviour.
